Barbara's sister is held in the clutch of the West Side stripper. A urban legend to most the infamous kidnapper always release his victims; whether their clothes are released at the same time depend on whether his often bizarre demands are met.
Can Janet solve the case and bring the stripper to justice or will she too be tangled in his web?

Special Agent Rachel Rider has spent months on the trail of the "Daughter of Chaos", an all female biker gang that is been causing mayhem and disruption in the county.
With her quarry finally tracked down to a local warehouse she expect the local law enforcement to show up in numbers to help the arrest; but office politics are in play and the only reinforcement to show up is two female uniformed agents.
Unwillingly to back off Agent Rider decide to infiltrate the warehouse with her reluctant companions. Soon they are captured by the gang.
Now the Daughters will have their fun and make sure to inflict such humiliation on the three that nobody will ever try to cross them again.
